Terms of Use

1. Our Agreement

Welcome to Rental Car Antalya! These terms explain the rules for using our website to book a car. By using our site, you agree to these terms. If anything here doesn’t work for you, then this service might not be the right fit.

2. What We Do

Think of us as your friendly connection to the best local car rentals in Antalya. Rental Car Antalya is an intermediary platform that links you with trusted, licensed rental companies in the area.

We don’t own or operate the vehicles ourselves. We’re the bridge that makes booking a great local car simple. The rental suppliers are fully responsible for the cars, pricing, and their own rental policies.

3. Booking Your Car

  • All bookings made on our website get instant confirmation.
  • As advertised, most of our partners offer No Deposit and don’t require a credit card to secure your booking.
  • You’ll pay the rental company directly when you pick up the car.
  • The price you see covers the car rental with basic insurance and all taxes. Optional extras, like full-coverage insurance, GPS, or child seats, will be an additional cost.
  • Before you finalize, please take a moment to review the specific rental conditions from the supplier you’ve chosen.

4. Cancellations & Changes

We get it, plans can change.

  • You can cancel for free up to 48 hours before your scheduled pickup time.
  • To change or cancel, just use the contact details you received in your booking confirmation.
  • If you cancel late or don’t show up, the local supplier might charge a fee based on their policy.

5. Our Responsibility (and What’s Not)

Since we are the platform that connects you to the car, Rental Car Antalya is not liable for issues that happen during your actual rental (like accidents, damage, or delays). Your rental contract is directly with the local supplier whose car you’re driving.

A friendly tip: Always walk around the car with the supplier’s rep at pickup and note any existing scratches on the rental agreement. This simple step protects you and avoids any confusion later.

6. Your Part of the Deal

  • When you pick up the car, you must have your valid driver’s license, passport, and any other required documents.
  • While driving, you agree to follow all local Turkish traffic laws.
  • You are responsible for any traffic fines, parking tickets, or damages that occur while you have the car.

7. Your Privacy

We value your privacy. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we handle your personal data.

8. Legal Stuff

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. In the rare case of a dispute, it will be handled by the courts in Antalya.
